Once your payment is successfully processed, you can access your files by logging into your account and clicking on 'Purchases' in your User Dashboard. From there, you can download the product zip file and view your unique purchase code.
If you have downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. If the product has never been downloaded, you may request a full refund at any time without a time limit.
Yes! Once you purchase a product, you are entitled to lifetime free updates for that specific item. You can always download the latest version from your Purchases panel.
Installation
We currently do not offer custom installation services. However, all our products come with a comprehensive, step-by-step documentation guide to help you set up the application on your server smoothly.
Licenses
A Regular License allows you to use the item to create one single end product for yourself or for one client, where the end product is distributed for free. An Extended License allows you to create one single end product that may be sold to end users.
